Scanned documents should be carefully stored and made available for use. This is a very important step in building an electronic archive. File storage and access are based on the management of documents which are cryptographically secured against unauthorised access. At the same time, however, they can be located in the blink of an eye. We provide appropriate disk space for storing your growing document volume, while maintaining the highest security standards (which includes the provision of a back-up centre in another part of the country).
Our file storage and access offer includes:

* storage of files acquired as part of document scanning at Magellan Software’s head office,
* storage of files acquired at the Customer's head office or branches (no need to invest in hardware),
* temporary storage of electronic documents on our servers,
* establishment of small electronic archives of files on CDs or DVDs (together with MagVIEW document searching software),
* securing stored files by creating back-up copies of the daily volume of scanned documents and the entire archive,
* additional back-up on CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray disks,
* provision of appropriate server working conditions and security: server replica in other locations with ongoing monitoring,
* document access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
* possibility of finding a standard document within just a couple of seconds, regardless of the size of the electronic archive,
* document encryption restricting access to documents to properly authorised users only.

VOLUME OF STORED FILES

The application of proprietary solutions for the software which manages stored documents (MagDOC) and for the method of file storage makes it possible to manage any number of documents belonging to the Customer at a low cost.

SECURITY

We guarantee secure and safe access to documents through a standard web browser using fast Internet connections. Each document, along with its access path, is encrypted. Documents can be searched and displayed only by users defined in the system.
